There are three distinct service packages in the RealMed service array:
RealMed’s Standard Service Package (Service Package #1) enables providers
to automate all HIPAA transactions through online, real time or batch processes
– whichever might be most appropriate for a certain function or purpose. All transactions
to all payers, all functional capabilities and all reporting features are covered
in a single, all inclusive monthly subscription fee with no volume limits or itemized
charges.
The Premium Service Package (Service Package #2) takes the Standard Service
Package to a higher level by integrating RealMed services into the technical architecture
and underlying work processes of the practice management system used by the client.
This makes automation, data discipline/integrity and daily workflow all the more
effective. RealMed’s Unity series - RealMed and PM system unified - is the backbone
of the Premium Service Package and offers not only the technical integration needed
but, enhanced PM system specific support packages as well (often in partnership
with third parties who are expert in each particular PM system). Many of the most
common – but not all – PM systems are covered by Premium Service Packages.
