I joined RealMed in 2004. Prior to RealMed, I worked on strategic and operational initiatives in provider network management for several national payers including Aetna, CIGNA, Coventry and United Healthcare. However, I have never forgotten my “roots” in finance and reimbursement since I started my health care career working for national and regional hospital systems, and physician groups.

I have two “favorite” RealMed services, which go hand-in-hand. The first is claims submission tracking and the second is the plain English translations of errors. I often describe our submission screen and claims history reports as “FedEx” tracking for claims, but what we do truly much more than that.
